This is to inform that all the candidates in the WAITING LIST List of UG/PG  programmes shall have to produce the hard copy of the Application form along with the Challan (Student copy) at the time of Admission to the Admission officer concerned.

Candidates are requested to adhere the instruction strictly.

Candidates called in the WAITING LIST for provisional admission are requested to report by 11 AM on 2nd Aug, 2016 in the respective department with necessary documents as specified below.

1. The Candidate has to submit the following Original certificates for verification at the time of admission.
i. HSC/SSC /10th Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet.
ii. +2 /Sr. Secondary /Intermediate Certificate and Mark Sheet.
iii. +3/Graduation Certificate and Mark Sheet.
iv. Original College/School Leaving Certificate.
v. Original Migration Certificate (not applicable for BCA/5-yr. Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics programme).
vi. OBC (non-creamy layer) Certificate issued by competent authority. It should not be more than six months old, (wherever applicable).
vii. SC/ST Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority (wherever applicable). 
viii. PwD/ Ex-Servicemen Certificate issued by the competent authority (wherever applicable). 
ix. Candidates have to show the evidence of scheduled area for claiming bonus points as per the Prospectus-2016-17 (clause 3.4.6).
  • Candidates have to pay the required admission fee as displayed on the University website in the form of Bank Challan after verification of the above. Without verification of documents one should not deposit the fees. Fees once deposited, will not be refunded under any circumstances
  • Candidates have to submit one set of self attested photo copies of all the relevant certificates and mark sheets along with original Leaving Certificate and Migration Certificate.
  • Subject to production of all the documents required admission will be extended.
2. No Candidate shall be entitled to claim admission as a matter of right and the University reserves the right to refuse admission in any individual case without assigning any reason thereof. 
3. Request for admission after the due date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
4. At the time of admission, every student has to submit the following forms/affidavits: 
i. An affidavit by student regarding Anti-Ragging and disciplinary action in a non judicial stamp of Rs 10/- . download the format 
ii. An affidavit by parents/guardians regarding Anti-Ragging and disciplinary action in a non judicial stamp of Rs 10/- . download the format 
iii. Application form for issuing identity card. download the form 
iv.  Undertaking form. download the form
v. Four copies of recent passport size photograph. 
5. If at any time, it is discovered that the candidates made a false or incorrect statement and used fraudulent means to secure admission, his/her name shall be removed from the rolls of the University. 
6. All admissions are provisional and will be terminated on grounds of misconduct, reasons of ragging and other reasons considered against the interest of the University.

Note : No candidate will be entertained after 11 AM on 2nd August, 2016, subject to the condition that the number of candidates reported in the respective category is more than the number of vacant seats.
